Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zaynuras. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and securely as possible.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not dispatched on official public holidays.

2. Delivery Timeframe
- Inside Dhaka / Chattogram: 2 to 3 business days.
- Outside Dhaka / Main Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping Inside City: BDT 60 - 80
- Standard Shipping Outside City: BDT 120 - 150
(Exact delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.)

4. Order Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp confirmation with delivery details. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. Please inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.
